Padavedu

Padavedu is the avatara sthalam of Parasuramar, one of the ten avatars of Mahavishnu. There are more than 10 ancient temples being maintained beautifully by TVS group. Sri Renugambal temple is the most popular of them. Apart fromthe temples there is also a dam Shenbaga Thopu in a beautiful location. Apart from temples and the dam, the village is filled with plantain fields.

    it a temple and fort build by pallavas , budha is not god to all and only few followed that religion , this is purly a Hindu Tamil temple

    Padaiveedu temple is once upon time my family god. Now I found difficult to say this because I found some Buddha Statue in this area. So I have so much confusion that this temple also encroached and built in age old famous Buddha Vihar as other temples built in Tamil Nadu.
